Yoshimura R&D of America, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction and offers a return period for unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized and are subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition and timing of the return.
Request an RMA Number
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Product
Send the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our Chino, California headquarters; please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the product for quality and completeness before processing your refund or exchange, minus any applicable restocking fees.
